We've taken the hassle out of making wood fire pizzas. Our pizza kit has been designed for small pizza ovens, such as Ooni, Gozney and other, similar sized appliances. We've packed each box with the finest restaurant grade 5" Beech chunks for maximum heat output and some oak chunks to inject a subtle oak smoke flavour. The boxes are approximately 5kg for making 10+ pizzas.
